Our Venues...

Our largest and most popular function room, The Woolsheds offers 169m² of space with plenty of natural daylight, a fully stocked bar, and ample comfortable seating and tables for guests. The venue features a stage with overhead lighting and a plug-in sound system, perfect for DJs, presentations, bands, and more.

For grand occasions that need plenty of space, our indoor pitch offers the perfect setting. Spanning 713m², it's our largest and most adaptable venue, ideal for sports-themed parties, community events and large-scale celebrations. Whether you need staging, seating, or special equipment, we can tailor the space to suit your event.

Pricing & booking information

We offer flexible and affordable venue hire options to suit your event needs. Whether you're planning a celebration, corporate gathering, or community event, our spaces are available with or without catering. Below are the pricing details and booking requirements:

Pricing...

  • Room hire is free if you use our catering services (minimum 40 guests required). Otherwise:
    • £120 for any 4-hour slot (10am – 6pm)
    • £170 for (7pm – midnight)
  • If providing your own food, a £30 surcharge applies (own drinks not permitted).
  • DJ & disco available for £200 (7.00pm – Midnight). Longer events may incur extra charges.
  • Indoor Pitch Hire is tailored to your specific event needs, making each booking unique. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

Important Venue and Booking Details:

  • Decorations: Balloons must be weighted, and decorations should not be attached to walls with tape. A £50 redecoration fee applies for any damage.
  • Prohibited Items: No crackers, party poppers, silly string, confetti, relighting candles, or indoor fireworks.
  • Food & Allergies: Dietary requirements must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
  • Drinks Policy: Bringing in external alcohol or soft drinks is strictly prohibited. Please note: The £30 food surcharge applies to food only – external drinks are not allowed.
  • ID Requirements: If you look under 21 you will be asked to prove you are over 18 when you buy alcohol. The only acceptable forms of proof are: photocard driving licence, passport, proof of age card bearing a pass hologram or Military ID.
